Saturday was a glorious day for the regions gym junkies and fitness fanatics with centres like Anytime Fitness Kempsey re-opening for business.
Recently, the NSW government relaxed restrictions with fitness, gymnasiums, pilates, yoga and dance studios able to re-open from June 13 with up to 10 people per class and 100 people in an indoor venue.
Gym manager, Simone James, said customer morale has been high with everyone excited to get back into their fitness regime.

"Everyone is really happy to be back, a lot of people have been saying they feel like they need to be here, in this environment, getting back to where they were when they left," she told the Argus.
With a limit on the amount of people allowed indoors at one time, the gym has to take various protocols in order to stay viable and compliant with the NSW Public Health Order.
"We have moved all of our equipment so that we're adhering to social distancing as per the 1.5m rule," Ms James said.
"We're also asking everyone to sanitize when they arrive and leave the facility along with the no towel no train rule and wiping down all equipment after use."
As of Monday morning, around 40 people had completed workouts at the gym with strong numbers on the weekend as well.
The closure of gyms across Australia due to COVID-19 had seen many employees without work and relying on job keeper, only if eligible.
Ms James said it was relieving to get back to a working lifestyle.
"It's great to be back and have that feeling of purpose again with the habit of getting up and going into work," she explained.
"I'm excited to see everyone."
The Macleay Valley Indoor Sports and Development Centre is also looking to re-open soon, with the facility looking to work through the logistics of how to re-open in a viable capacity.
