A fixture between Kempsey Saints and Macleay Valley Rangers is often one of the most hotly contested matches on the Macleay Valley sporting calendar and this week will see both clubs come against each other in the Women's Northern League.
Currently Rangers sit in equal first with Port United whilst Kempsey Saints are sixth, however they have one extra game up their sleeve.
Rangers are currently on an unbelievable undefeated streak and if they achieve victory this weekend it'll make it two years exactly since their last loss.
Averaging just over 11 goals in their first four matches this season, Rangers definitely possess the attack to do damage but coach Emma Tamblyn outlines Saints' strength lies in their defence.
"It'll be a physical, tough game and Kempsey have always been traditionally strong at the back and in midfield," she told the Argus.

Saints will be coming into this match with fresh legs after their Port FC fixture last weekend was postponed.
Coach Tink Sneddon is impressed with how her team is travelling and the development of juniors throughout her side.
"I've been extremely impressed with the Saints ladies this year - one of our focuses is to develop juniors and we've been fortunate enough to have some step up this year in our competition," she told the Argus.
"There certainly is a unique build up when we verse teams from the Macleay.
"We all know each other and there is a friendly rivalry, especially with the Rangers and we look forward to these matches and enjoy catching up with the ladies after the games have finished."
With thunderstorms predicted for this Saturday there's sure to be different playing conditions after previous sunny weekends in the Macleay.
Sneddon knows this can harm the style of play during a match but backs her team to put in a strong effort.
"The rainy conditions always throw a bit of a spanner in the works with gameplay and the quality of the game," she said.
"It'll be challenging but we're up for it."
Kick off is at 1:15pm, Eden Street Playing Fields Field 2.
