It brings us great joy to see live gigs and festivals on the horizon although we have found, like many others, alternative methods of presenting live music through a virtual concert series.

The Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival Inc Concert Series is a collaboration with Shoelace Creative, who produced each segment.
We gathered together footage from musicians who have attended the festival, those we had planned to host this year, and some favourites we wanted to support.
Our next virtual concert is on Saturday December 19 with Rachel Baiman & George Jackson and Jake Blount.
This concert series has allowed us to continue supporting musicians, sound technicians and producers during the pandemic. It also serves as a time capsule for this unexpected year, something we can look back on and be grateful for.
As we look to 2021, we are happy to announce that the 19th Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival will take place October 22-24, and the Dorrigo Old-Time Music School will precede it on October 20-22 at the Dorrigo Showgrounds.
Because 2020 has provided many of us a chance to slow down and to take different approaches to things, we can't delve straight into organising a festival as we may have done in the past.
We must make the most of the gift of time to reassess what is important and what can be improved upon.
Our festival structure will be determined not just by Australia's health, but the world's.
We look forward to being able to support the music industry as we have in the past and hope you are able to join us in that.
