After a school holiday hiatus the Macleay Valley's junior cricketers have returned to the pitch in the under 10s, 12s and 14s age groups.
Under 10s:
SWR Swan Builders took on Nulla 1 Cetnaj, Nulla 2 Zodiac Coffee played Rovers Coastline while Stuarts Point/Eungai defeated Rovers Anderson Auto.
There was plenty of runs in the latter match with Rovers scoring 6/91 with Brielle Buckley (15) and Xavier Berrigan (15) top scoring while Taylor Lewis had excellent figures of 1/6 off 2 overs.

Stuarts Point/Eungai scored 8/106 in their innings with Tayla top scoring on 17.
Under 12s:
Nulla Scotts Hydraulics showed off their bowling ability against SWR Pick of the Crop, bowling the Rocks out for 54 with Caylum Appleyard top scoring on 17.
Dhanish Lingamneni had the awesome figures of 2/6 off 3.4 overs.
In response, Nulla had no problems chasing the total down, finishing on 0/55 off 11.1 overs with Oliver Haydon retiring on 22.
Rover CDCM got the chocolates over their counterparts, Rovers Early Rise in their round 10 match with CDCM scoring 6/107 in their first innings.
Jake Poe top scored with 23.
In response the Early Rise fell three runs short of a win, finishing with 5/105 with Samuel Phelps retiring on 14.
Under 14s:
For Rovers LJR, the importance of teamwork was of full display with wickets shared around in their win over SWR Mid North Coast Paintball.
SWR were bowled out for 48 in their 20 overs with seven players claiming wickets. Luke Sydenham and Josh Weatherstone had 2/6 off their 2 overs.
Rovers chased down the total in 12.2 overs, three wickets down with Weatherstone top-scoring on 19.
Phoebe Laws had the best figures of the game with 2/2 off 2 overs.
In the second match, Rovers MERC put on a huge total of 6/125 in their first innings with Xavier Hough (33) and Max Phelps (25) top scoring.
Alec Gorline-Singleman had the best figures for Nulla Patterson Glass with 2/17 off 4 overs.
Six players took wickets for Rovers when it was their turn to bowl as they bowled out Nulla for 54.
Chad Spiteri top scored with 18 while Annika Killmore had the excellent figures of 1/2 off 2 overs.
