The two-year trial aims to help ease the burden of travel costs for eligible seniors living in rural and regional parts of NSW.
Applications for the card can be made online at www.service.nsw.gov.au, by calling 13 77 88 or by visiting a Service NSW Service Centre.
Are You Eligible?
To be eligible to receive the $250 Regional Seniors Travel Card, you must apply before November 30, and:
- Be an aged pensioner with a valid Pensioner Concession Card
- Hold a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card issued by either the Department of Human Services or Department of Veterans' Affairs
- Live in regional NSW outside Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong City Council boundaries.

"The card has been an overwhelming success, last year easing the burden of thousands of local seniors," Member for Oxley, Melinda Pavey, said.
"Already in year two of the trial, more than 9000 applications have been received from the Oxley region."
