Paul Harris Fellow recognition is an award for exemplary work in community service.
The recognitions, in Australia, are awarded to rotarians and others that have shown they are prepared to go that extra mile in support of people in need.
It is an emphatic acknowledgement of the appreciation shown for tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among people of the world.
"Since joining our club in 2005, Susan Ramke has always been a valuable member," president Nathan Warwick said.
"Whenever there is a BBQ to be cooked, she is there to help, often long before the BBQ fires up to help with preparation.
"In fact, whenever there is something to be done, from selling raffle tickets, to cooking treats for our home lending library recipients, she is always willing to help.
"Even in her line of work, Susan is helping others in times of need.
"This often means months away from home and going straight into disaster zones."
Mr Warwick was full of praise for Suzanne Well and Robin Norton as well.
"Since joining our club in 2010, Suzanne has always been involved in the day to day running of the club," he explained.
"As well as volunteering for our club projects every year, she also spends her time volunteering for other community organizations around the valley.
"From serving at the hospital as a Pink Lady, to serving on boards, her talents are many and varied.
"She also served as the treasurer of our club for seven years.
"Robin Norton joined in our club in 2014.
"She has embraced Rotary whole heartedly and dedicated huge amounts of time to various projects, volunteering for not only our club, but also other clubs in the area whenever needed.
"If there is a worthy cause in need of assistance, or a new project to be started, they are always one step ahead of the game.
"Within a few years of joining Rotary, she even led a Rotary Group Study Exchange tour to Germany and held the position of President for two years shortly after."
Susan, Suzanne, and Robin were greatly honoured to be award the prestige Rotary Fellowship and will wear their PHF pins with great pride.
