Both teams are one win apiece against each other for the year with plenty on the line.
"We obviously want to win both grades, especially after last time in first grade [Rangers won 7-2]," Saints co-coach Dan Baker told the Argus.
"It's a big game for the season as well, if we beat them we go above them on the table and try and stay in touch with fourth spot."
Currently, Rangers occupy fifth on 16 points, equal with Port United in fourth. Saints are sixth with 15.
Northern Storm are currently third on 18 but will face a tough task this weekend against ladder leaders Coffs United.
Kempsey will likely only have one player out with winger Josh Hughes suspended following their 2-1 loss to Northern Storm last weekend.
Co-coach Evan Clarke was the goal-scorer for his side in that encounter.
"We played pretty well, there was plenty of chances we just didn't finish," Baker said.
"They scored early and then got the winner with three minutes to go."
