Amy Connors was excused from appearing in court and was represented by her lawyer, Scott James.

Police will allege that between July 2 and 22, 2018, Ms Connors passed sensitive information to prisoners, engaged in an intimate relationship with a prisoner, and failed to disclose a conflict of interest, relating to her duties at a correctional facility on the Mid North Coast.
Information collected during the investigation has been passed onto the DPP and the matter will again return to court on March 15.
