The two players were selected based on their performance, statistics and dedication to the game on a weekly basis.
Dan was the shining light for Nulla, who struggled this season and finished with the wooden spoon.
Nulla captain Ben Taylor was full of high praise for Dan, who scored 314 runs at an average of 29 and picked up 24 wickets with the ball and also added seven catches.
"Dan's spot in the All stars side is well deserved. He was definitely one of the better players in the competition and for mine, he is the best genuine all-rounder," Taylor said.
"If the champion player was done purely on stats, with no bonus points, I imagine he would have been right in contention for that too.
"He was the heart and soul of the Nulla team this season. With the top order struggling for most of the year, Dan's runs were always scored in pressure situations.
"Dan bowled well and led the team in my absence. He's a player you want on your team, a genuine wicket taker and aggressive batsman.
"He's matured into a great young bloke and most importantly plays hard but within the spirit of the game. His next step is probably is to lead the team and I'm sure he'll be successful there too."
Meanwhile Rovers bowler Matt Scott said he rated Mitch Korn, who is only 15, as the best wicket-keeper in the competition.
"By far Mitch was the best keeper in Premier League this year. He has grown into a mature player," Scott said.
"Mitch brings a lot of enthusiasm to the team. He is always talking and giving 100 per cent.
"You always feel confident when he is behind the stumps.
"Twenty four dismissals is a pretty decent season. Keepers usually get around 10-15, so for him to get as many as he did, it shows the quality of his ability as a keeper."
Scott said Mitch also took steps forward with the bat in hand.
"His batting showed a lot of improvement. Mitch batted really well under pressure all year," Scott said.
"For a 15 year old to be picked in that team, he should feel very proud of his achievements."
The All-stars side is a merit team and will not play in a competition.
