The fun day will also be a thank you to the community of Kempsey for getting behind the fundraiser over the past nine months.
"This event will be to fundraise for our Christmas runs out west in December. But we also want to hold the fun day to give back to the local community who have supported us," Tina Brown said.
The day will be packed with fun for the whole family, including market stalls, musical and dance performances, face painting, rides, Rugbytots, a story corner and the RFS and SES Gladstone will put on a display.
"All of the proceeds raised on the day will be going directly to the farmers," Tina said.
"We took out a load of items in March and the farmers have been very grateful for the support."
Deb McLaughlin from Felicity's Drought Dash said the charity is looking into helping local farmers as well.
"We really want to get the donations to those who need it. We are aware there are farmers in the Macleay who need some help as well and we want to be able to do that for them," she said.
"We're in the process of organising an auction in Port Macquarie for September so the Macleay has a break from fundraising."
The Family Fun Day will be held on July 14 at the Gladstone Showground from 10am, entry to the grounds is free.
Felicity's Drought Dash will also be accepting donations on the day.
"We just want people to come along and enjoy themselves, while also raising funds for struggling farmers," Tina said.
