Dedicated club secretary Mark joined nearly six years ago, and to his knowledge, this is the first time many of these local photographers have been given a chance to display their work in their hometown.
"This exhibition has grown out of the 'I love the Macleay' competition we helped judge several months ago, after that, the Slim Dusty Centre contacted us about displaying our clubs photographs, and we jumped at the chance," he said.
"This is the first chance since I've joined for our members to exhibit our photos in a professional gallery."

Along with the distinct honour of displaying their work for the first time, the talented artists could also receive a prize based on a public vote.
"The Slim Dusty Centre is holding a people's choice award for best photographs on display; visitors to the centre can come here and vote for the which ones they like the best," Mark said.
"The winner will get a prize, and bragging rights."
Mark describes the Kempsey Macleay RSL Photographic Club as a social club with cameras and urges anyone interested in photography to get in touch soon.
"We have a lot of people come in with a camera who have never used it before; we can teach you everything you need to know to get started," he said.
"Meetings are held the second Thursday of every Month at the RSL Club; visitors and guests are welcome to attend and get an idea of what we do."
Be sure to check out the Kempsey Macleay RSL Photographic Club exhibition at the Slim Dusty Centre until the end of July. Anybody interested in joining the group can call Mark on 0477 224-088 or club president Tammy on 0409 072-488.
