It's extraordinary when a parent gets to share the field with two of their sons in a decider.
But that will be the case this Sunday when Owen Blair senior runs out alongside his sons Owen junior and Stephan in the Group Three grand final with Wauchope.

Owen jnr and Stephan are two young and electric players and have been instrumental in Macleay Valley earning the minor premiership and a grand final appearance.
Owen snr admits he will enjoy reflecting on the special occasion after the match, but for now he is focused on the job at hand.
"I am treating it as just another game of footy," he said.
"My goal is to go out there and give 150% and not leave anything in the tank.
"I have to thank Russell and Richard for giving me this opportunity to play with my sons in a grand final, it's a privilege."

The three family members tasted premiership success together with the South West Rocks Marlins in the Hastings League in 2015 but Owen snr admits it will mean more to win the grand final with the Mustangs.
Owen snr first wore a Mustangs jersey in 1995 and is a former coach of the Under-18.5s side.
