Kempsey Macleay RSL Club has crowned the Sportsperson of the Month for November.
Patrick Preston has been crowned the winner and received a $100 voucher to the Kempsey Macleay RSL Club
Patrick recently hit a century in cricket while playing for the Macleay Valley representative side against Hastings River.
He put on a clinical display, hitting 104, out of the team's 173 runs. There was a lot of running involved as he stacked up the ton through mainly 1s, 2s and 3s.
The young talent then backed it up by securing a wicket, running out two and catching another, a truly stellar match for the young man.
On Saturdays, Patrick plays for Nulla in both first and second grade.
Patrick attends St Paul's College and also enjoys playing soccer in the winter.
