If a highlight reel existed in Macleay Valley first grade, it would've received a working over on the weekend with plenty of individual and team highlights throughout the day's play.
Frederickton vs Rovers West Kempsey Hotel:
Saturday's first grade action kicked off at South West Rocks Sports Ground with Rovers winning the toss and batting first.
An early wicket to Nicolas Marriott looked to get Frederickton off to a great start with Rovers 1/18.
However, the fall of the first wicket brought Mitchell Korn to the crease for a special innings.
Wearing the signature Rovers white floppy hat, the first drop batsman went berserk.
In an innings featuring twelve 4's and one six, Korn hit his away to an unbeaten century off 54 balls as Rovers reached a dominant target of 2/185 with apt support from Brett Hutley (29) and Jack Wakely (20*).
With a big total to defend, opening bowler Cooper Petterson was always going to be hard to handle and that he was.
The young quick broke through with a wicket on the third ball. Then in his second over, one became three, putting himself on a hat-trick with Ben Jago keeping out the delivery.
Opening batsman Steven Moorcroft ensured there was no wickets in his third but was powerless to stop the onslaught in Petterson's fourth and final over.
With his fourth ball, Petterson bowled Moorcroft for 17 before skittling Nicolas Marriott and Grant McMillan to land himself a hat-trick and 6-13 before Frederickton were bowled out for 31.

Rovers LJ Hooker vs Nulla KMRSL:
With Jim Stirling Oval deemed unfit for play, both sides moved to Kempsey Golf Club for their one and only match of the day with Rovers winning the toss and batting.
A 51-run opening stand between Ethan Dowling and Patrick Brennan kicked off proceedings with a great catch from Patrick Preston off the bowling of Beau Mainey removing Dowling for 27.
One wicket brought two with Brennan (25) gone three runs later, bowled by Ronan O'Loughlin.
At 2/54 off 11 overs, in-form batsman Lachie Dowling and the returning Craig Rogan went about increasing the run-rate.
Both batsman combined for 56 runs before Nick Ingall bowled Rogan for 22.
Dowling continued his form to reach 53 off 28 balls before Mark Smee (1/10 off 4 overs) bowled him around his legs before Rovers reached 4/149.
Nulla's chase wasn't off to the greatest start with the sharp work of Steven Morn stumping both Crotty brothers off the bowling of Ethan Brown to have the score at 2/14.
Wickets brought experienced batsman Blake Giddy who looked to turn momentum with several boundaries.
Giddy combined with Mainey for a 60-run partnership before he was dismissed by former Kempsey Heights teammate Scott Witchard for 44 off 26 balls.
Wickets then tumbled thanks to Witchard (3/18) and Jonte Ross with Nulla 8/103. Ingall looked to give his side a chance before he was bowled by Ross for 24 off 11 balls. Ross then claimed the last wicket to finish with figures of 5/30 as Nulla were bowled out for 121.
South West Rocks Pilot Station Pizza vs Frederickton:
Frederickton saved their best for last on Saturday in a tight affair at SWR Sports Ground.
The Fleas were first to bat with Barry Welch (22) and Jamie Cooper (29) top-scoring as tight bowling from the Rocks saw them finish 5/88 from their 20 overs.
Opening bowlers Sam Stanfield and Patrick Cotter both grabbed 2/12 off their four overs.
SWR then went into bat with Leslie Page (22) the top-scorer as Frederickton's bowling proved too hard to get away with the batting side falling short of the desired target finishing 9/78.
The majority of Frederickton's bowlers were among the wickets with the best figures coming from Brendan Roche (2/10 off 4) and Jamie Cooper (2/13 off 4) as the side ticked off their first win of the season.
