The protest will coincide as a celebration of Mr Dungay’s life, who would have celebrated his 29th birthday on October 2.
Mr Dungay’s family had welcomed a coronial inquest into the death of their loved one, which was held in July, but they were left devastated when it was adjourned for eight months.
The decision to delay the completion of the coronial inquest forces the family to wait almost another year before they will receive answers.
