The residents enjoyed a small walk in the sun, a barbecue, social gathering and a raffle.
The event, organised by the recreation activities team at Cedar Place, raised $512 for Dementia Australia.
Cedar Place recreations activity officer Donna Gill said it was a great way for the residents to show their support for the organisation.
"Dementia Australia support a lot of families and we wanted to raise money to give back and support them," Ms Gill said.
"Dementia Australia supports thousands of families across Australia and it costs a lot of money to be able to do that so we are proud to be able to contribute to their great cause.
"It's great to be able to include our residents, especially those who have dementia, in a fundraiser like this."
